I love when things work out, like this white suit that actually was created by pairing two suit separates that I owned together for a fresh take on wearing white in winter. I had a similar revelation when I put together my blue suit. It’s amazing the outfits you find when you shop your closet!
Like most people, I tend to shy away from wearing whites. Not because white isn’t flattering (which can be very true in some instances), but because I am paranoid about permanently staining my clothes. The boyfriend hates this since he’s been dying to get me into white Jordan’s for a while now, but that’s another convo completely.
This look is a more relaxed take on suits. By letting the lace bra peak through the blazer I add a hint of sexy while coordinating with the black in my leopard print shoes. To make the shoes appear less random, I chose to wear my camel coat which accented the main color in the shoes helping to bring the outfit together.
Style Tip: When unsure of what to wear with patterns, choose a color within the pattern to wear in order to complement it. This will help to tie the look together.
