Oh accessories, they have the ability to take an outfit from drab to fab. I mean these blush accessories definitely make this look a little unexpected right? The reason that accessories hold so much power is because they usually give others some insight about your personality. Whether you’re a quirky girl or total hipster, your accessories can share so much more about you than your clothes. Choosing accessories is a very personal experience as you get older because it’s less about being trendy and more about expressing yourself. If you’re wondering how to pick accessories don’t worry here are my tips to picking the perfect piece de resistance for your outfit:
- Function. It’s hard to believe but accessories play a bigger role than just being pretty, and shiny. When choosing accessories you want to make sure they are comfortable for the occasion, just like wearing the wrong size clothes, ill fitting or uncomfortable accessories, especially shoes, can ruin an outfit.
- Versatility. You guys are probably getting sick of me saying this but versatility is important! You want items that can easily be transitioned from day to night, week to weekend. They need to not only match your outfit but play well with other accessories as well.
- Personality. Probably the most important thing to consider is what your accessories are saying about you, do they give off the vibe your going for and share a little bit about the awesome person that you are.
Whether you’re getting ready for another day at the office or headed out with your gal pals make sure that you’re adorned with at least one accessory that you absolutely love.
