ASOS Shopping Guide

If you’ve never browsed ASOS’s seemingly never ending inventory, you’re missing out! ASOS is quickly becoming one of my favorite fast fashion one-stop shops. Even though they’re located in the U.K. their online store is easy to navigate and makes finding what I’m looking for a breeze. If you’re tired of Forever 21 or H&M this is definitely a store you need to check out. Keep reading for your ASOS shopping guide to navigate their store like a pro!

Things I’m Wary of

  • Size may vary applies
    • Since they are a UK brand their sizes do not match ours
    • Due to the fact that they carry a variety of brands the sizes can differ
  • You may fall victim to being Cat-Fished
    • An item may look good in the pictures and on the runway but not fit you in the same way as the model, it’s happened to me on more than one occasion
  • Breeds “Buy Now Think Later” mentality
    • Like many fast fashion stores most items are subject to not being restocked which gives you little time to objectively decide if you need/want an item
  • Online Only
  • ASOS brand
    • In general the clothing made by the brand itself can be hit or miss in terms of quality
    • The shoes are a total miss for me, they are cute but SOOOOO uncomfortable
