Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending the Amor De Moda 4th annual fashion show put on in Detroit by Tanisha and Sadelle.  This year the show was hosted by none other than J Nelly and Randi Rossario (pictured above).  The show was comprised of local boutiques that ranged from urban wear, to trendy pieces and more classic styles.  I enjoyed the set up, goodie bag with complementary popcorn and water, which was much needed, and commentating with my fellow blogger buddies Leah {Beauty and the Muse} and Eden {Chic in the Tropics}.  I will apologize beforehand as I accidentally left my camera at home and had to capture the show on my iPhone, won’t be making that mistake again.  Keep scrolling to see my favorite looks and my outfit details!

Though I’m not the biggest fan of neon, I am a fan of the high rise jeans with a looser fit similar to the ones in this look which are ultra flattering for a majority of body types.

Can you guess which of these looks is my favorite?  If you guessed the floral print you’re close.  Both looks are great for weekend wear and even a night out, but the vest and dress combo is definitely right up my alley!

As you guys know I am a supported of menswear so it’s no surprise that this stylish look made the list, I mean how great are those shorts?

This look took me back to Halle Berry when she played catwoman.  Though I’m not bold enough to wear this look, I definitely thought the model owned it!

Hands down these two looks were my favorite of the show!  I wish I would have gotten a video for you guys so you could see how that dress moves, it’s breath-taking.  Of course the look on the right is more my speed and I especially loved the quirky clutch which adds so much personality to the look.  You may see my take very soon.
